We recommend wearing comfy clothing like joggers and sweatshirts for your visit, as jeans are not ideal. During your first treatment, we conduct a lifestyle consultation to understand your needs better and plan your treatment. Remember to drink some water before a treatment as being hydrated, enhances muscle responses.

We’ll explore nutritional imbalances, work on lymphatics, and support your energy through Chinese meridians while also addressing emotional aspects with Bach remedies. After your treatment, you may feel either energized or a bit tired—it’s all part of the process.  there may be soreness where lymphatics have been worked but this will disperse in a couple of days.​
